Great customer service fixed what needed to be fixed on my vehicle in a reasonable time made my children feel comfortable there waiting for my vehicle to be fixed they are polite on the phone I like them also because me as a single mother they don’t seem to try to take advantage of that and try to over charge me ( I pray they not / don’t ) and man explain what’s needed on my vehicle they give understanding on what’s wrong and what they can do to fix it a lot of people who don’t know about vehicles get ripped off by mechanics!! ripping people off it’s sad and sinful one stop didn’t make me feel like that so thank you do right by others and they will always come back and do right by you that’s what my mom always said to me. Great people, Ty was very helpful and explained everything my car needed. Clean and relaxing, no forced pressure. My car was ready in less than 30 minutes. Come and get your vehicle maintenance or repaired here, it was a refreshing experience. My A/C failed, so I came back and Al helped me out. Al did great with providing me with what needed to be done, timing and cost. Air conditioning is working wonderful. Thank you Al and Ty for your awesome customer service. I brought my Mother's Honda Pilot in for a overdue maintenance appointment. Mechanic One did a wonderful job with it. They offer a free inspection for the vehicle. Once they diagnosed what needs to be updated, they ran me through everything and explained what needed to be replaced and why. Customer service was top tier and repairs were done in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone. 5-star experience!
