Midas

Called ahead to make an appointment for brakes. They do not do appointments. The only way to have work done is to drop your vehicle off earliest as possible in the morning, to wait for a call back with an estimate, no time frame given. So I went to drop my car off the following morning, to be told that I can not wait in the lobby for any amount of time to wait for a cab to pick me up. Midas needs to figure out a better process, and needs to have better customer service and satisfaction in mind. I will never recommend Midas to anyone, ever. Especially this location. It’s 37 degrees outside and you want me to leave my car with you and offer no Lobby to be warm and comfortable in. Shame on you as humans.

Car started making loud exhaust noise. Midas was able to diagnose (blown exhaust gasket) and repair the leak that same day. Price was reasonable. Service: Auto exhaust system repair

The receptionist was knowledgeable but most of all she was very cordial and a pleasure to converse with. I got a couple of estimates on the repair and they were able to give me the best price also at this time we all know how important price is. The repair was very well done and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if a situation presents itself.
