Main Street Motors

Horrible customer service. Logged on to the website, went to the “make an appointment” button, went through the instructions. Someone emailed me and asked me what time I would like to come in for my oil change, I said 10am. I dropped the car off for my appointment, 7 hours later, my car was finally ready. I had called twice previously to see what the problem was…when I called to ask if there was a problem Mr.Max told me Main Street motors was a drop off service, first come first serve and I should have known that. He also said I should have told him I needed my car back in a hurry. I told him I didn’t need my car back in a hurry, but I also did not think it would be there all day (7 hours). I asked him for the benefit of his future customers to please communicate better….it was really difficult for him, but he said they would try to do better, but I should have known it would take all day since I did not ask them to rush. Absolutely in shock at how brand new my truck looks! Pat did a fantastic job working all day to get out the layers of dust and dirt from having a dog constantly in and out of the car. Every single crack and crevice - spotless. These guys are great, for any service!!

My car overheated, was smoking and ended up stalling out. I had it towed in, and these guys diagnosed the issues real quick. They were speedy with getting back to me on what the problems were and had it totally fixed up within a week's time. I think they were very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. They took the time to really explain to me what they found in the car. Wish it was closer to my home (a half hour out), but everyone in A2 area should definitely go here.
