I had hit a deer and messed up my front bumper, I brought it in and they were quick to give me an estimate and schedule my service. The work was done quickly and professionally. I had some vinyls on my front bumper that they got my insurance to replace, but they were scheduled to arrive after my car was ready to pick up and rather than wait for them to arrive, I just decided to pick my car up and come back for the vinyls another time. I was told that they would call me and tell me when they arrived and I could come and pick them up. It was damn near a month before I got a call about my vinyls and when I picked them up, the usps code was still on the box and I was curious so I tracked the package and found out it had been delivered 3.5 weeks prior to me receiving the call. I understand that vinyls aren't life or death, but c'mon Whitney's, I know you can do better than that.

Workmanship was excellant. Had wait longer then estimated because the parts didn't come in on time. It was not the shops doing but they were very precise doing the job right as well as matching the paint color. Great job!

I thought dealing with having my car fixed after an accident would be a bad situation. But this shop really made life easier because of their attention to detail and very responsive staff. Marylin is absolutely wonderful and has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this business.
