Incredibly straight forward process from start to finish, dropped off my car after hours with no problem, fast response with quote and work was done even quicker than expected. Spoke to service rep, agreed on total cost of fix, fix was completed in a timely fashion. After repairs were complete, without discussion the price had doubled from $400 to $800. Not satisfied with the way business was conducted. Will not use this service again or recommend. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stopped in to have the owner perform a test drive on my car to confirm my manual transmission was still working well. He took me for a short drive. He explained everything he was doing and what he was checking. He informed me that the transmission was good. No cost for the test drive!!! I have never been to this shop before, they were recommended by the guys at Ross Beaks collision. It is refreshing to have a repair facility check out your vehicle and not try to take advantage of the consumer. He was honest and trustworthy! Highly recommend this shop. Will review again after I take my vehicle there for service.
