Terrible place. Terrible Customer service and try to overcharge you. The owner is a Asian man that has very bad business. And takes forever with your vehicle for it still to have the same problem.Never will I go there again! DONT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ITS TRUE. HE tries to take advantage of customers. REPORT THIS PLACE.

I took my car to them the next day after hearing my breaks grind. They said, “I needed breaks, rotors and the caliber cleaned on all 4 wheels”...cool. I pick the car up at the end of the business day. I’m not even a mile down the road, and my ABS, and traction lights go off of my dash. I took it back to them, and found out they broke my sensor and wanted me to pay for it. While also telling me he’s not to certain on how to fix it. I shouldn’t have ignored the bad reviews...I’m mad, but I blame myself for not just waiting for an appt with the dealers....smh...

I live on a fixed income after having a kidney transplant, so I’m always looking for the best service at the best price. I took my vehicle into this location believing I was getting the big bang for my buck only to remove realize later that I had been taken advantage of. I went in with my check engine light on and was mislead about the work I needed. I took the owner at his word and had the work done. Less then a week later the check engine light was back on with the same code, thus time they want me pay twice as much for the work. I took my vehicle to Precision Tune in York Road and they checked the codes and did the work for so much less. They also said the codes were for needs other then what was stated to me by this location.
