Friendly staff, made the repair work as easy as they could. Parts for the repair were delayed by a month. Finished product turned out good. Had to use autobody evolution because they deal with Erie insurance. All in all, good experience

Took care of our less than 6 month old car after someone backed into it. Good with communication and they made sure we were happy with the results!

Originally quoted for 5-7 days of repairs. We are now on business day 14 (not counting the Labor Day holiday). I have not got any updates on progress except for when I call and for the last two days have been told it is “nearing completion” and should be done today. I have had to extend my rental car 4 times so far and have paid almost $1,500 dollars in rental costs. While I realize I don’t have insurance coverage for this 4 extensions is a little much. Yesterday I was told that I would receive a call back before the end of the business day, no call. The staff is pleasant but timeliness and progress updates certainly seem to be an area for improvement. Will from management took the time to call me and have an in-depth conversation of the cause for delays. He was very respectful and understanding. He genuinely seems to care about customers and is working to improve communication. We came to a mutual agreement where I left feeling good about the interaction. Thanks Will
