Pep Boys

January 6/2024…Let me just say haven’t been to Pep Boys for anything auto in about 15 years. I have 2015 Lexus RX 350, 2 different occasions in 3 weeks my battery voltage died and needed a jump start. This is the first time needing a battery since purchasing the truck in 2018. I called Pep Boys first spoke with Andrew and he assured me that they had the battery and they were also able to install. Once arriving at Pep Boys..Andrew greeted me at the service desk, took my information-name, address, phone and email address. He gave me options of batteries based on cost along with warranty-4 years. He also stated that it would take approximately 1 hour to install. I could see in the waiting area it was three other customers waiting before me, so it was no problem waiting one hour. Exactly when the time was up and technician had completed the task of installing my battery Pep Boys sent a text with alerting me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Had a fantastic experience today with DJ and Ty. Had a snafu with online ordering and they both were so helpful in making sure I was walked out a happy and satisfied customer with 4 new tires at an extremely reasonable price. They were committed to me as a customer from the moment I walked through the doors until the moment I drove away. Customer service at its finest.

The manager DJ was very helpful. The store was super busy and he stepped in to help get the service completed in a timely manner while also managing the phones and walk ins. He handled everything very gracefully and professionally. I appreciate him for wearing all the hats.
