I always take my car here. It's my go to station for all repairs and maintenance. They're professional, friendly, and don't rip you off. Because of the serviceI received, both my son and daughternow take their cars there. My son took his car in and was given an estimate whichwas several hundred dollars less than another shop. They called to let him know the actual cost was was going to be different from the estimate he was given. After bracing himself for the worst, he was told the actual cost was LESS.!! I like that they always do a overall diagnostic. They call me, discuss with me what is critical and what can wait. Then I get to choose what gets performed. This became MyStation because of an incident years ago. I was pretty certain what was wrong with my car. I called several places including the other station on Bellona. I asked "If" this is what needs to be replaced, appropriately how much will it cost. The other station insisted they couldn't give me any idea; I had to bring

My 2009 Toyota Prius was stuck in neutral and they diagnosed and repaired the wiring well within 24 hours after AAA towed my car to their locatIon. Along with that service, they added an oil change, oil and air filter, repaired a tire leak, replaced a belt, and replaced the wiper blades. I appreciated a noontime notification call, but couldn’t take it at the time. I made several followup calls about my car’s problem and status and heard from them a couple hours later. Did not receive a call when the car was ready for pickup, so I walked to the site around 7pm. Paid my bill. Three percent service charge for paying with credit; if I hadn’t been in a time crunch, I would have dashed to the bank to pay cash. Next time I will be clearer about my communication needs. Ruxton overcharges and delivers bad repairs. I brought my Volvo wagon here to get the heater core replaced. The job was expensive and takes quite awhile since you need to take out the dashboard out. When I got my Volvo back my instrument cluster stopped working. When I took it back I was told it would be another $600 to get it repaired. Hey, what? I had just spent over $1200+ for the heater core job a week before and they wanted to charge me additional money for something they broke. Since they don't want to own up to the botched repairs I would AVOID these guys.
