BMW of Towson Service Center

I had two services completed on my car and I was helped by Anaya. She made the process very simple and there were no hassles. The work ended up being far cheaper than I thought it would be. I will be going back for all future maintenance needs. Thanks Anaya.

Jim did a good job explaining to me what the pocedure would be with my car and stayed in communication with me throughout the two days my car was in service.

I didn't want to write a review but after the 6th email from BMW Towson, I decided why not. I made an appointment online and then called to ensure I could get a rental car while my car was there. The first woman I spoke to sounded as if I was a huge burden. She made comments like she would have to "search for one" and "find someone willing to stay late" in order for me to pick up the rental. I couldn't come until 6pm because I work, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were out of cars. However, the service dept advertises that they are open until 7pm, so why would someone have to stay late if I am there at 6pm? Anyway, she said she would call me back in an hour and let me know if she "found one". Needless to say, 3 hours went by and she did not call me. I called again and my call was answered by an extremely upbeat, friendly voice. I explained to him the situation and he guaranteed that they would have a rental car for me. Perfect!
