Lexus of Towson Service Department

Andrew Woo, The Service Consultant has excellent customer service. He takes time to explain concerns regarding your vehicle. My vehicle is running smoothly after the services that were completed.

I had a cut in the inner side wall of a tire which is a tire defect. I called Lexus of Towson service department to see if this would be covered under my warranty and their representative stated this would be covered. I arrived at Lexus of Towson 2 days later and waited over an hour and a half before the service manager checked me in. He stated my warranty may not cover the location of the defect and would send photos to them. He came back and stated I didn’t not have a leak and that they took off all the tires and I have no leak. I explain to him that an auto repair shop a few days prior took that tire off and put it in soapy water and pointed out where the defect was so I do have a tire leak. He then came back and said ‘oh yes you do’ and would send the photos to the warranty company. 20 minutes later he came back and said they will not cover this repair and their dealerships cost for this tire is 400 dollars. A very pleasant experience. Mr. Kyle talks with you about your service and what is recommended for your car, he's not pushing you about getting it done, which is nice. He keeps you informed thru the process of your service. Great job.????????
