I am absolutely satisfied with the customer service and repairs that I received at Lexus of Towson! Lexus of Towson repaired two of my rims that was damaged. The cost of the repairs was affordable as well.

My service experience was excellent for my scheduled 20,000 mile service. Matt was very friendly and personable. He had my loaner ready when I arrived for my appointment and I was kept informed of the status of the service throughout the process. I was even able to get a damaged tire replaced, and a windshield crack repaired during the same visit. The entire process was smooth and efficient and I even saved over $400 by purchasing a service plan which covered this and two additional future services. The young lady who handled my paperwork at the service desk was very friendly and personable as well. I would highly recommend Lexus of Towson Service department.
