Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

My daughter stopped in on a Sunday after starting out on a trip back to college. At highway speeds she knew something was wrong and luckily she was just a few minutes away from this location. Eli and his crew got right to work, quickly found the issue and had us out the door and on our way in a jiffy. They were kind, courteous, and fair. Eli was fantastic at helping my daughter understand the issue. Thank you for your help!

great communication and very friendly staff. they got the work done very quickly and made sure to give me a call each time another issue with the car cropped up.

I made an appointment online for 1/22 at 930am. I received an email confirmation for that appt. The guy at the desk told me that I should have called prior to coming in even though I received an email confirmation. I asked him how was I supposed to know to call prior. He didn't have a concrete response. I asked him if they could still replace my tire today. He tells me with an attitude "I'm getting to that. We are tripled booked and you will have to wait" I didn't have an issue with waiting. My issue was his passive aggressive attitude and the lack of accountability for the poor communication that customers should call even after receiving a confirmation email for the appointment. I will never return to this location because of this initial interaction.
