Very friendly, easy going place to get your car repaired. My tailgate got damaged and had minor damage to it. Asked the first place I went to to give me an estimate on how much to just bang the damage out. They wanted to replace the tailgate. No way! Went here to ask the same thing and it was repaired for under $100. It's not perfect but it doesn't need to be. Always had good experiences here. Brought my daughters car here too and they did a very nice job and made my daughter's experience with dealing with something like this very relaxing for her. Highly recommend Western Mass Collision.

Western Mass Collision is one of the best if not THE BEST body shops in Massachusetts. Nancy and Andre are absolutely amazing at what they do. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the shop.
