Used Tire Maxx

Asked and paid for a 265/50/r20 which I was happy with the price. However later that day my traction light comes on. After a day of googling issues and reasons why someone said to check the tire size and pressure. That's when I realized not only was the tire pressure way over it's limit but the tire they put on was a 255/50/r20! So I go back and tell them I got the wrong tire it's not what I paid for . They found the issue , someone miss marked the tires out back and said they'd take care of me and let me know when a 265 cones in. Unlike most places they did in fact call and inform me the right sized tire came In and wanted to make sure they made things right. So all and all even though there was an issue they went above and beyond to correct it and make sure I was a happy customer in the end. Service: Tires

I called into Used Tire Maxx and they got me in right away and set me up with 4 new tires that I desperately needed. Great service and management!

I bought 4 tires and had an alignment done. And maybe two days after. My one of my tires. Was leaking air and I brought it back and I had no problems. They said OK. They took the tire off. And there was just a the bead head. A slow leak? But there is no hassle or anything. It was a good experience.
