Chuck's Auto Body and Towing

So a while back I ended up homeless and living in my truck . Was a red box body f150 . I was at a friend's house and my truck was being towed . There was nothing I could do. I called chucks and told them my situation. And how my mother just passed away and chucks offered to bring my truck back no charge to me. This was the kindest act anyone has ever showed me. And I will never forget it. Chucks was there for me when I needed help the most. 5 stars

I had a flat and my insurance company designated Chuck's as the towing company. The driver, Juan, arrived earlier than the 75-minute ETA, and was super friendly and courteous. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and, after towing my car to the shop, dropped me off a little closer to my home. He was as efficient as possible and I really appreciated the help. After getting cut off in traffic, I had some frame damage to my front end. Joe took care of the car with no notice and was very responsive to all questions. By the time I got the car back, the oil was changed, the interior was detailed, and it looked and shined like new. I dare say the car drives like it was never in an accident, despite being almost totaled. Very grateful for his service. Update: months later and we are still good. Drove several hours on the highway no problem
