Spartan Auto Care Center (West Springfield, MA)

I warned my sister not to go to this place but she did anyways. We've heard nothing but bad things. Long story short she went in with a problem and they fixed OTHER things that DID NOT fix that specific problem she brought it in for. Charged her thousands. She went back. They still didn't fix the problem but again something else. Car was still shaking when she drove it and making noises. She finally took it somewhere else and they told her Spartan was not even close to fixing the problem. And at this point she should just get a new car because she already spent thousands and will need to spend way more to get it fixed. She wish she could get her money back from Spartan. What a waste of time and money. RIP OFF.

Quick, reasonable, and straightforward! I just had extensive work done to my cars brakes and drive axles. Having some experience with car parts and labor costs I was bracing myself for a bill that would be unmanageable with my limited resources. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was the cost more than reasonable, I was also offered financing which although I didn't utilize is comforting to have as an option and very likely will never put off repairs for fear of cost. They even refinished my headlights which had become hazed. Great place, friendly people, and they really appreciate you as a customer. I heartily advise anyone to check with Spartan before having work done elsewhere; chances are you'll become another faithful customer as I already am ! Good customer service however, questionable work. May need to return for something else the mechanic screwed up.
