So this review is overdue, as the services were done in January? But I did say I'd review, so here I am. For the sake of not making this a huge novella, I'll just say they were honest, detailed, and gave me options in a variety of brands and prices of tire models, told me what ought to be prioritized vs what would be nice but by no means urgent, and were just in general courteous and friendly. I was sneaky and didn't provide as much detail about the tire issue as I knew (I know... it's bad... how can someone help you if you don't give them all the facts? I'm just suspicious by nature, and recently got burned...) Anyway, despite my lack of details, they accurately - perfectly - assessed what the problem was and what my options were, without ever forcing the more expensive tires or resolutions (but calmly explaining my various options, price points, pros and cons. This was my first time having my new VW bug in for an oil change and inspection. After calling around I decided on Precision based on price and response/helpfulness. Unlike some places Precision throws in the inspection with the oil change for no extra charge and will also rotate tires if needed for no extra charge. When i picked my bug up the next day, on the way home, my tire pressure light came on. I returned to helpful Matt the next day who fixed the issue within minutes and explained things to me so i understood. I will be a return customer because I felt safe leaving my bug in trustworthy/reliable hands and service was personal, thorough, and quick.
