Time on website says they open at 7:30. And it was just updated a day ago. So I went down there sign on door says 7:30. Waited till 7:55 no one showed up
Good service and information. Tire pads and new battery were recommended. I found the estimates to be a bit overpriced. I will come back for future oil changes but not for tire pads or a new battery.
Yelitza was a tremendous help today! After bringing my car to a different Monro location 3 times and being given the run around, I am happy with the service I received today at the West Springfield location.
