I had two doors and a bumper replaced by Father and Sons collision center in West Springfield and let me tell you they run a tight ship. Tom was extremely outgoing, friendly, and attentive. He was able to processes two separate claims at the same time, detail my car, and finish the repairs 4 days ahead of schedule!! Top quality work, my car has never looked better! really was hoping to have a 5 star experience but nope . not only did they take over a month to give me my car back but they also did such a poor job . my door isn’t aligned right ‘ when it rains water gets in ‘ my passenger side strut is blown BAD idk how that even happened when the hit was on the driver side . i’m guessing when they took it to align they messed it up or something but now i have problems i didn’t have before . so for that alone and the time frame my car was there for i expected my car back the same way but better but it’s worst .
