The reviewers were right! Great experience. Have an older, high mileage vehicle that I wanted to keep running a little longer. Advised me on needed maintenance without pressuring me to do more. Respectful, communicative, friendly. Me: happy.
Super kind and knowledgeable folks here! Very few shops can mount and balance tires on vintage center lock wire wheels. I must've called 15 other shops, including a specialty jaguar garage, that either didn't have the proper equipment, or had no clue what I was talking about. Direct tire and auto service was able to fit me in without an appointment (I did call ahead though), and had everything set in less than an hour. The cost was extremely reasonable. Customer for life for any future tire mounting and balancing needs. I would have no reservations about them doing work on your car - they are honest and knowledgeable!
Top notch customer service as always. Me and my family only go to Direct Tire for all of our tire and alignment needs. A+ highly recommended
