I was looking for an auto body shop to install a window that I had purchased online into my cargo van. Carneiro was one of the few places that didn't turn me away on account of not having purchased the window through them. They installed in and were great to work with and gave me a good price. Two months afterward, I noticed that the window was leaking. I called up Paul and told him. Even though a couple months had passed, he remember the vehicle, told me to come down, and he ordered more sealant, took the van back for a day, and resealed the window without charge for the fix. I was very happy that he was willing to make it right and not wash his hands of it once I was out the door. Service: Auto side window replacement

My wife left the car in for an insurance job had the car almost a month then returned it with incorrectly fitted rear bumper and lights returned it and although the owner acknowledged this and talked a good job I cannot recommend this auto repair shop as he had a second attempt to correct things and although it’s better I can honestly say I would not use again.
