This shop charged me $1k for the completely wrong part. Giving them two stars because they brought the charge down to $700, but the part only costed $300 and they only worked on my car for 1/2 a day, maybe less. I would strongly suggest finding another car shop. HUGE waste of my time and money.

When I had car problems in the middle of the day yesterday, I called the shop I'd gone to to get my mirror fixed a few months ago (where they are also wonderful). The guys there were at lunch, so the woman who covers the desk told me to called DM Auto Services and ask for Wesley. I'm sure everyone else at DM is too, but Wesley is amazing! He got my car jump-started right away, and he took it in to see what was going on with the brakes. He sent me pictures of what he found, and explained to me what should be done vs. what needed to be done and gave me estimates for everything. He had my car all set this morning and then some, for a REALLY good price (critical since I'm on a grad student budget). He also answered all my questions about maintenance, what caused the problems, and preventing them from happening again. I can't speak highly enough about how reassuring, caring, helpful, and honest he is! These guys are fantastic. P.S. I just checked out their website, and it is SO compreh
