The BEST experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop. Rafael and his team are so nice, professional, and wonderful to work with. I needed some body work done right before my car lease was ending, and they were able to turn it around on a very tight time frame. Fred M Susan is AWESOME!!!
The front line staff (Rafael and Dennis) was remarkably patient with me, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They kept me informed about my car’s progress, and they actually delivered it six days earlier than projected! The work was outstanding! Better than I had expected. Excellent service. Prompt response, whenever I sent an email, the staff replies in less than an hour. It was very easy scheduling a drop-off. And they make sure to get the high quality work done as fast as they can (compared to other shops) Also, you get to get the car clean in and out. Highly recommended.
