Great experience! I had bought a battery at Westfield Walmart expecting a friend to help me install it, but they were busy. I brought it to the Auto Center in Chicopee and within minutes the counter person Carlos heard my frustrations. He was very friendly, and got my car in within minutes, and it was FREE. I really appreciate the help, and all the guys in the garage were great too. Thanks..
Called a few times during open hours to make appointment, they never answer. Then when going in person you can see why, extremely under staffed here. "Please people, check your groceries out at main registers, don't waist the staff and customers time checking food out in auto center, they are busy enough dealing with auto center...". Long wait line just to talk to someone in auto center and I only had tires to be mounted on rims without bringing car in, staff was confused at this and did not know how to deal with me or enter me in system. I blame service manager, people were nice to deal with so give them 2 stars. Service: Tires
I needed all 4 tires, and Luis got me in the same day. Service was smooth,fast, and easy. Great deals on the tires.
