I needed servicing on my Honda. The experience was fabulous from start to finish. I made my appointment online, and I was able to choose the most convenient time. I was kept abreast throughout the servicing of my car. I was able to talk with the service agent, gave permission for the work to be done, received a text when my car was ready.
