Karen got my car in immediately for damage to the underneath engine liner from the huge snowstorm, it was literally dragging on the ground. Extremely friendly just as Don and Irene are! The people here are excellent, they set up everything for my insurance repair including coordinating my insurance rental to have it ready for me when I dropped off my car. Unfortunately the damage was worse than appraised and exceeded the limit so it was declared totaled and they didn't end up having to repair it but, the service was excellent and everyone was extremely helpful and kind throughout. I absolutely plan to use them for any car work I need done in the future!

The staff at don Roy’s was friendly and knowledgeable of my vehicle and concerns from start to finish. With how busy they are the techs were able to replace my front bumper, head light, fender, hood and color match paint everything in 2 weeks. I’m very happy with how my car turned out.
