my son crashed my truck and wanted to pay cash to fix instead of going threw insurance.i went to genos auto body to get a estimate for repairs the man came out asked what insurance copany. I SAID ILL BE PAYING CASH. he said he couldnt give me an estimate. I asked why not ? he just walked away. Iwent to another autobody shop in chicopee mass. and they gave me a estimate I had themgive me a date to bring in for repairs.it came out great!
Went there to have a oil change done and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. The car overheated and when I brought it back and told the owner he said it wasnt there fault and threatened me because I wanted it fixed. Worst experience ever. Please take your business elsewhere Service: Oil change
