When I arrived, there were no customers. They were friendly and got me in right away! I showed them a $10 coupon that’s listed on their website and they said “No worries, I’ll be sure to apply that at the end”. So I sit down and wait, and wait, and wait. It gets busier every 10-15 minutes or so but I was only getting an oil change, replacing the air filters and getting a new headlight bulb installed. I saw my car pull around the building after the first 20 minutes but figured they just moved it out of the bay to make room for new cars and were working on the headlight/filters, since they didn’t say anything to me. Nearly 30 minutes later (*after* seeing my car being moved), I finally asked an employee if my car was done and their response was, “Uh, yeah, sorry about that”. After helping another customer (which I understand that they were already in the middle of a transaction), they checked me out. After pulling away, I notice they never changed my headlight.
