Front plastic bumper cover head lights and fender was damaged. Took car to don moore After 5 weeks the finally call and say car is ready. When I arrived to pick it up. The bumper cover was loose could move it around. One fender was not repaired . 2 pieces of trim were so loose they would come off by touching them. Had scratches on rear if car that was not there when took in. Left car for them to finish . And after another week still Havnt hear a thing from them. Have had to pay for rental car fo

terrible TERRIBLE customer service. so rude. i came in to get a hail damage assessment (which takes maybe 15 minutes) and was stopped in the parking lot and wasn’t even allowed to go inside. She stopped in and asked what she could help me with and when I told her a hail damage assessment she told me they take an hour and they stop at three. I asked if I could go speak with someone inside and she starts walking up to me and snaps at me saying that she’s who handles it so I talk to her. Her attitude became very condescending and rude. I understand if they didn’t have anyone to do the assessment at the time I came in but the way I was cut off in the parking lot and wasn’t even allowed inside and talked down to was ridiculous. I had tried calling and scheduling an appointment previously and she was the one on the phone and she was rude on the phone as well.

We have tried twice to reach them about picking up or ordering a part for our Buick enclave. Left message with no return phone call or message. Very disappointed with the way they have handled this.
