AutoZone Auto Parts

Had a family member jump my failing battery a couple of times during the frigid cold and snow of Christmas 2022. I drove to the AutoZone, the sales associate was quick and efficient testing and determining that my car battery was going bad. He helped me choose a new one, then he cheerfully came out into the cold and snow to take out the old battery and install the new one. Because of this employees courteous and friendly attitude I will be giving this Autozone my business if needed in the future.

I Will never be back there, rude and dismissive refused to come and look at my car to determine if it was the correct part! I would rather drive the short distance to advance auto then to be treated with such disrespect. This is not the first I've delt with this at this location but it will be the last. I suggest if you need parts or advice or recommendations don't waste your time here! You are paid to do a job, you completely failed and now have waisted my time and it was infact the WRONG PART!

Great parts store. I frequent here alot. I like the parts I buy there. Sometimes I have to order a part, but it is usually when it has to be special ordered. And it usually takes a day at the most to get any of my major parts I would need.
