This dealership gives the best car care that I have ever received. And I have live in a lit of places in a lot of countries. I also bought my car from their. The buying experience was also excellent.

I have used Swope Collision at least 3 times and the work they do is excellent. I called in March to schedule the repair of the damage on the front, right bumper area of my Prius. They explained they were short staffed and the first appointment I could get was June. I understood and that was not a problem. I left my car in June and was called the next day to be told that the wrong parts had been ordered. I made another trip, picked up my car, and waited for the call that the correct parts were in. I finally got my car back today (July 13). I thought it would only be fair to reduce a portion of the estimate, but no such luck. I was charged MORE than the initial estimate because they found additional things that had to be done, which I understand as well;however, as a repeat customer, it would have been nice to have felt like a valued customer for all the hassle.
