UPDATE: as you will read this company pretends to show they care by asking me to call customer service well I did for a week straight no response. Please do not use this company they are truly dishonest. I’m confused at how this place gets over 4 stars for their reviews because this place is so dishonest and untrustworthy to the majority of its customers they told me they would test my AC for a leak for 19.99 well that’s false They ended up telling me they found no leak and they would charge it for 199.00 +tax I said Ok 10 days later my AC was dead complete hot air. So I went back the same guy who did this to me said I needed the general manager to speak to well he gave the complete run around and basically told me you’re not getting your money back. Plain and simple this company is very dishonest and I recommend you never take your car there for anything. Service: Auto A/C recharge

Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment only to find out that whoever I spoke to on the phone neglected to save my time slot in the computer. Rickie G apologized and worked my car in promptly. I was outta there in 25 mins! Thanks Rickie for making the pre-holiday rush madness a little easier for me. Service: Oil change

I am a customer for lfe because Rickie was so very kind and helpful. I had a tire that was leaking and needed to be refilled every 6 hours. It was 5:45 pm and I stopped in to Car-x in Erlanger, Ky and Rickie was at the counter. I told him I had to work early the next day and would have a flat when I got off work. He said he would be happy to help and stayed 1 hour after closing and wanted nothing for helping, that is just what he likes to do. Imagine helping for the sake of helping. What a refreshing experience. All went well the next day and I will be a customer forever. Services: Brake service & repair, Auto tire replacement
