They are so professional and kind and they are very good with estimating the repair cost upfront. They go the extra mile & manage details for you, like taking & sending pictures of the vehicle damage to your insurance agent, & getting the repair work approved. Drove here to receive an estimate for collision damage repair on my vehicle. Chad Crone made up every excuse in the book to not perform the inspection because it was raining outside. Due to his rude behavior and lack of interest to help me, I took my service to Davon Auto located in Covington, KY. They are more professional with top notch customer service, which I highly recommend.
