I will take my car back here any time. I was in a fender-bender, which was the other person's fault, and so my insurance had me take my car to Lee Hartke for repairs. They did an excellent and thorough job. And they kept me up-to-date every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, they told me to just leave my rental and they would take care of it for me, since I had to get my car after-hours. When I picked up my car, in the front seat they had left a calendar, a koozie, a gift card and coupons for Frisch's, and a jar of apple butter from a place I had actually been to in Pigeon Forge. It was such a nice treat!

Very friendly did a great job on my car & the thank you card & coozy cup left in my car when I picked it up was a great surprise , its nice knowing some folks still appreciate your business, it's the little things! I highly recommend them
