Shawnee Auto Center

I have been to Shawnee Auto Center twice now. I always get right through to a person when I call. They got my car in the next day the first time I called, and today they were able to get my car in the same day that I called. Their prices are in line with everywhere else I checked. The best part is that they do not try to upsell me anything I don't need or want. Service: Tires

Fast repair by knowledgeable staff. Car had a fuel pump issue. They rewired it instead of replacing, saved a decent amount of money. O-ring got pinched and was leaking when I filled it up when I got it back. Took it back and it was fixed within two hours. Didn't cost anything. They stand by their work which is better then most places. Highly recommend. Staff was very pleasant in talking with.

They are one of the RUDEST places. Probably because I am female and they think I don’t know what I’m talking about. Take your business elsewhere!!! I will clarify. NO I have not used you business…here is why. About two years ago I requested an appointment on my nephews recommendation. I never received a call back…so I went elsewhere. This past week I thought I would try again for something else. The kid I talked to on the phone was so condescending and rude to me so that was it. I gave your business a second chance. I don’t give third chances. Train the people to answer your phone to not talk down to people!!!
