My first service appointment at Burnett was great. Very friendly team, and my car was ready before their estimated completion time. Tires rotated and oil change. Fair prices. Thanks!
I am totally pleased and happy with finding Burnett Automotive. Have felt ripped off in the past. Didn't think I could find a shop that I could trust with my old 87 Chevy Van, but now I have. The price for the work was less than I was expecting compared to other places l checked. I'm 72 and it's a relief having one less thing to worry about. The associates were super, answered all questions and treated me more like a neighbor than a customer.
Wonderful service. The manager came out to my car to help me bring my flat tire inside. Very polite. Tire was done when they promised ????????????????
