I had a great experience bringing my vehicle in for the first time! I walked in with no appointment and they were able to squeeze me in and start working on my vehicle right away. They kept me up to date during the whole process and were very informative. I will be coming back the next time I need any work done on my vehicle. Service: Battery

Wouldn’t recommend taking your European Car for diagnose here. They really don’t know much about them and would charge to fix random things. I wasted thousand of dollars and time because I trusted them. Manager Bill told that they call me and get it fixed but he never did. Please avoid this place if you can. Service: Engine repair

I recommended this auto service shop to my daughter because my husband had a good experience with the Bonner Springs location. She dropped the car off and throughout the day she received multiple repair estimates by text. The first estimate was very high and when she questioned it they apologized and sent a revised estimate. She declined the repair and decided to pick up the car. They continued to send her texts and the amount came down several hundred dollars. I am not sure if there was some miscommunication with the technician and the mechanic but she decided to pay the diagnostic fee and take her car somewhere else. Service: Auto power window repair
