Service and everything was fine. However, they very sneakily charge you a $7.48 “shop fee” that you don’t know about until your card is charged. After already being charged parts, labor, and tax- I find this to be poor business adding a random fee at the end. I have an invoice that I signed saying my card was being charged $41.93. Then they hand you the receipt copy from the visa charge that says they charged you $47.38. Be transparent with your pricing. A random little sign posted on the wall that this fee is for nuts and bolts doesn’t do it justice. Especially when I got a simple oil change, why am I paying that fee? The two people before me complaining about it and I had no idea what they were fussing about until I got home and saw it happened to me too. I’ll be using Jiffy Lube or somewhere more transparent next time.

My Cadillac dealer said that I needed a new catalytic converter that they would charge $2,100 for parts & labor. I took my SUV to Meineke for a second opinion. They said it was fine & that I didn’t need one at all! The guys in the shop & up front were friendly & helpful too. I will be back! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very unprofessional, random "employees" call back but no records of any communication. Was told I need to change oil filter adapter, went to a different shop to confirm that and was told it was all a lie. Everything was in good shape,nothing needed to be changed. Avoid at all costs.
