My salesman Hayden from Max Motors was amazing. He made the whole car trade process smooth and painless. Thanks Max Motors for trading me such a terrific vehicle and for taking the time to help us learn the basics of operating the new electric car. The whole process was quick and their patience with us was very much appreciated. If the service department is as easy to work with as the Sales department has been, we will have a dream experience. After a couple of failed attempts to negotiate a Hyundai purchase at home (Denver Metro Area) we were visiting Manhattan. Mostly to kill some time we stopped by Max Ford Hyundai of Manhattan to "look around." Smiling, Peyton Horn came out to greet us. And things just seemed to click. He was very personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, as was everyone else we delt with. And we got the deal we were unable to get back home. So we bought a new Hyundai Santa Cruz five-hundred miles from home! The after purchase follow-up has been nice as well. Thumbs up to Max Ford Hyundai in of Manhattan, and to Peyton Horn!

Good experience gone bad! I have been looking for a Palisade for several months now. I finally found the perfect one for me and my family at Max Hyundai. The sales person I worked with was great and I put a deposit down on the vehicle without seeing it so they would hold it for me for 5 days until I was able to make it to Manhattan, as I live in Wichita. To my surprise, the dealership sold this car from underneath me a day before I was supposed to come. My husband and I had already put in vacation days from work and arranged a babysitter for our child. Now we are out vacation hours and a car. I would not trust this dealership, clearly they have communication issues.
