Hyundai issued a recall for my Kona EV. I scheduled an appointment to have it taken care of after a warning light went off in the car. A couple weeks after I brought it in for the recall service, the light went off again. We took the car back to the service department, and they admitted that they did not attend to the issue and could not account for why, and so they scheduled another appointment (for weeks later). That's pretty unprofessional

My 2023 Ford F 350 had a leaky rear window. I called the dealership where I bought it from and they told me to go to Max Ford. Little does Max Ford knows this was two days after I received the truck. I already had it scheduled for tint all the way around and I told the gentleman that did the tint not to tint the rear window because it needs to be replaced. He forgot that we talked about leaving the rear window not tinted. Anyways, it rained and the window didn’t leak. I called the dealership and told them that it was raining all day it didn’t leak. So I didn’t take it to Max Ford just yet. After a race my truck was dusty and I took it to wash it and again it leaked. I didn’t wipe off the water on my seat, and the service advisor says to me if your window tint caused this window to leak it will not be covered under warranty. I asked him how do you think that my tint made this window to leak? I told the advisor that my tint on the window did not make this window leak. I left that convers
