I’ve been here twice for my Kia and have been helped by Jason Petty and Shane Pepin. This place is absolutely amazing!! I had something wrong with my car both times and was so happy they were able to figure out the problems and fix them!! I was very impressed the last time I was there that Shane actually took me to my car and showed me what the problem was!! I was also impressed that they washed my car!! I can’t say enough good about this place and everyone who works in their service department!! I won’t take my car anywhere else!!
These folks are so friendly and knowledgeable. I feel well taken care of here.
This isn't a place that I can trust. First my friend lost 1000$ because her credit card was left in the car during service and went missing afterwards. Then I sent my car because of a windshield safety recall. Immediately after I got my car back, the brake didn't feel right. I didn't know what happened until later I heard noise when braking and went to another automotive. Turned out my brake pads were almost completely worn out... I strongly suspect they changed my good pads to worn out ones.
