Midas in Leawood saved the day! I had spent a lot of money with another shop that didn’t fix my issue, but the manager of Midas on Leawood promised that he and his team would get to the root cause and fix it once and for all, and they did. I’m usually cautious of promises that I will be a very satisfied customer in the end, but in this case, Zach and his crew really delivered! I've been a customer at Midas for years they do good work but when Zach isn't working things just don't go smooth with the assist.Lucas I've seen customers come in lately and ask for Zach or prefer to come back when Zach is at the shop I understand that you have to give people a chance but don't leave the customers waiting if you know that your car won't be ready the same day there have been times where I have to remind Lucas did he order a part for my car by that time the day is almost over and it's late for the part to come in and I'm stuck with out transportation and have to use Uber to get to work know and I'm still have to remind Lucas I'm a customer not a parts person for example I'm getting my fuel pump replaced I had to remind him did he also order a gasket that sits around the fuel assembly hangers I'm just a customer not a parts person
