Outstanding Garage! Outstanding Customer Service! I took my car to them last week because the engine was sputtering and wouldn't spin more than 2500 RPM. They swapped out two bad sensors for new sensors. They said it was ready, I paid the bill and picked it up, but the problem hadn't changed - it wasn't fixed. So, I did a U-turn and took the car back immediately, and asked them to take another look. A day later they called again said it was fixed - that it needed a third sensor replaced that they had missed in their first inspection/repair. But this time, no charge for the second visit because they had missed it. I said, "Now, come on, I should pay you for the work, or at the very least the parts." They said, "Nope, we didn't get it fixed the first time. And we want you to keep coming back, so no charge today." I was blown away. Who does that?! Best customer service from a garage, EVER! Service was excellent and Ryan was able to get our truck fixed with parts ordered in much quicker than expected! Ryan and his crew worked us into their busy schedule and we are grateful! We have been bringing all our vehicles to Bob’s garage for years. They have repaired Volvo, Nissan, and Jeeps for us. They have always correctly diagnosed problems on the first try and the price has always been fair. Great customer service and quality work.
