Esler’s Team was able to get my vehicle in on a short notice. While doing so they provided a welcoming atmosphere and good communication. They were very easy to work with and very polite. As a first time customer they made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them knowing they did their due diligence while providing maintenance on my vehicle. I appreciate the care and concern for each customer. The people here understand the importance of good communication - they listened to my concerns, checked out and addressed everything I asked. When I came to pick up my car, I asked to see one specific issue, which required putting my vehicle on a lift. Robert went out of his way to do so, explaining things clearly and thoroughly. Elser's did a very good job at inspecting and repairing my vehicle. I wish they would do a little better at contacting the customer as to the vehicle status during repairs! My car was in the shop for 3 days and the wait should have been a lot shorter! Overall, they did a great job with the repairs. Need some work on customer interface.
