This was my first time going to Rick's, but it won't be my last. They were fast, reasonable, and made sure to explain everything.
I have been going to Rick's service center for about 4 years and there's no where else I will go. I've gone to car x and my dealership and no one compares to how great this place is. Marc is always super helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied. I had an issue with my tires not keeping air and took it to discount tire where they told me I needed all new wheels which would cost around $1000. When I told Marc about it he said that's them just trying to get more money for something that can be easily fixed for way less. They did the repair on my wheels and it only cost me around $130. I have had many issues with my dealership not listening to me about things being wrong with my car. When I took it to Rick's service center they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. I never leave negative reviews, I find them petty with a good explanation or misunderstanding; until now. We dropped off a new work van that had a burning smell. After a week we had eliminated stuck calipers, rubbing belts and air motor burn out. I finally found the culprit in that the previous owner had Way over filled the break fluid reservoir. All of this information was communicated to Ricks prior to dropping the working van off on a Friday. We told them we needed to pick the van up the Next Friday. One week. A week later, we left two messages, one on Thursday afternoon, and one at Friday 9:30 AM looking for status. No return call. At 11:20 Friday we decided to go pick up our van regardless of condition. We were told that they visually inspected the brakes, saw no cause for concern, but they still needed to drive the van to heat up the brakes to find the problem - One week after we dropped it off.
