I took my car in for a battery replacement and encountered some other issues. Was able to get everything resolved and get back on the road. I’m very happy with how things turned out and for the work this shop did.
I was at Big O tires Friday morning and out by noon. Joe was very helpful and kept me informed on what was happening. This was my first time there but definitely not my last.
I received fantastic service from their manager "Champ". Very friendly competent guy who knows the business. When I called for an oil change appointment, he got me scheduled. I arrived 30 minutes early for appointment and he got me right in. With coupon my full synthetic oil change and complimentary tire rotation was under $60. I will likely go see Champ at Big O when I need to replace tires. He gave me several good options while I was there and I appreciate his product knowledge and friendly manner. This store is a huge contrast to a miserable experience I had at Firestone on Keystone Ave.
