Walmart Auto Care Centers

I needed a battery. They were going to close early because they were short employees. The female worker there let me in got me the battery I needed and it was great service.

I’ve spent an entire day to have my 4 tires replaced. I’ve Waited for 1 hour, nothing. When I tried to touch base with them I’ve been told that I supposed to buy a lug nut so they could replace them. I bought the lugnut and bring it to them. They’ve sent me a message telling that my vehicle is ready. And guess what? They did not replace the vehicle. I’ve lost an entire day for nothing at Walmart Auto Center. That’s not serious!!! Like for real Walmart??? You’d better improve this. Wrong service at all

They did not do as ask, so the next day we had to purchase a new self threading screw for our oil plug as it had a leak. Had they done as we had asked and vacuum the oil out there would not have been a problem. The guy on the way out said "we did not need to vacuum the oil out as you had a self threaded plug." well that is great news but I am sure you did not put it on carefully so we don't have a leak. "oh yeah, I know what I am doing." The next day my husband said that it was leaking oil slowly, but still leaking. So I called the Walmart where the oil change was done which Walmart now was a hour and a half drive one way, "oh just bring it back in" sir that is not possible may we take it to a much closer Walmart and the two of you can settle the cost. No you have to bring it back to us. Sir you don't understand that we are no longer in Indianapolis but are 14 miles south of Richmond we are not going to chance it by driving that far.
