My tire pressure Indicator light was on and after going to another tire place and waiting for long time I went to Firestone. I waited less than 5 minutes and was taken care of. Though there was no charge for the service the team member was very nice. Service: Tires
Scheduled an oil change appointment and requested my brakes be looked at twice leading up to appointment due to grinding. Appointment was scheduled for 11 and my car was not completed until after 1pm with zero updates from staff and my request to check my brakes was ignored.
Great service. Mechanics were upfront, polite and didn't beat around the bush when it came to what type of car repairs were needed as well as the cost for it.
