Impressed with their integrity, honesty, and helpfulness! I was in the area from out of town looking at a used minivan. It didn't drive straight so I wanted to know if there were damaged parts or just needed an alignment. Bill put the van in quickly on zero notice. He said basic alignment / suspension check for $40, full check for $80. I said give it the full check. They came back with a few specific minor issues but overall good vehicle, they said. Then he charged me way under the quoted price. If lived nearby I definitely would try them out for more service!

Got all new tires and a laser accurate alignement. Front desk walked me through the whole process from start to finish. Ordered tires for me and let me know when they arrived. The communication and quotes costs were impeccable. I will never go anywhere else for my tires or Alignment. This place is called Bill's Alignment for a reason.
