Firestone Complete Auto Care

Monty and Perry and the guys at Firestone have been fantastic! I brought my car in after my brakes went out and got a call back the very next morning with a detailed explanation of what had gone wrong. They were very patient with me as it took me a day or two to arrange payment. Once I was able to okay the repairs they had my car done the same day. They were very honest and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I have had questionable experiences at a different Firestone, but Monty and the guys have brought me back around. I've been using various Firestone stores since I have had a car and I'm glad to have found the downtown store. UPDATE... after picking my car up I hit a pothole within the first week of having it back. I brought it back to get my tire patched and my alignment checked. I've taken all four of my vehicles to this location for a few years now. The most recent time resulted in a surreal and incredibly dishonest experience. My Nissan 350 ZX convertible was in for service. When I was informed that it was ready to go, I told management that I wouldn't be back in town for another five days. Upon my return, I picked up my car and later that day, discovered a sweaty XXXL tshirt (I wear a size L) that I have never seen before, in the passenger floorboard. This was of course troubling, but it got worse. That same night, I opened the trunk and discovered a pair of shoes that I've never seen in my life. At that point, it became clear that someone, knowing I was in Philadelphia at the time, "borrowed" my car for the weekend. (I'm often away when my vehicles are ready to go, so it wasn't out of the ordinary that my car would be sitting there for a few days or a week.) I've had nothing but positive experiences working with Perry at this location. Have had a couple bubbles in my tires from potholes and they got me in quick and fixed within an hour. Also recommend Road Hazard Protection on your tires especially in Indy.
